By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Guadalajara, had much fun and met efficient and very flexible staff who looked after us fantastically and truly deserves a mention for his complete professionalism and friendly manner. Everything was nice, magnificent and particularly good room with a marvelous bed. The location of the property was favourable, to the Expo center.

During our recent city trip, we found the hotel to be modern and well-equipped, providing a high level of service. The rooms were very nice and spacious, providing us with plenty of closet and drawer space. Additionally, the hotel had a great fitness center with a good selection of equipment in a clean and spacious room.
One downside was that the hotel was located in a somewhat marginal area with not much to do around. However, the hotel made up for it with its unobstructed views all around, being one of the tallest buildings in the area.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just in front of the EXPO convention center, making it convenient for business travelers. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a marvelous bed and well-lit interior. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a variety of homemade Mexican dishes.
All aspects of my stay were fantastic.
